Sock & Buskin, so named after the Greek comedy and tragedy masks which have symbolised and adorned the Performing Arts for centuries, is a local bar, inspired by the culture, theatre and history of our beautiful home town of Buxton.

Alternatively, ask for a sample of any of our elegant wines, many of which are organic, biodynamic or natural and all of which are available by the glass. For those who seek faster gratification from refreshment, we have a range of award winning local draft beers from Buxton Brewery.
If you would like some tasty morsels to accompany your libations, our incredible Head Chef, Dan, sources the finest ingredients from suppliers within 10 miles of where you are sat to create wonderful small plates specifically designed to complement our drinks offering.
