For Thermal Shock, we’ve teamed up with our good friends at St Austell, to celebrate our shared love of English hops, combining Target and Jester with a touch of Chinook to create a Cold IPA that’s fresh, vibrant and seriously easy drinking. At the heart of the beer is Cornish Gold malt from the St Austell selection, bringing a clean, crisp malt character that gives the hops plenty of room to shine. A Cold IPA takes some of the ideas we love from both lager and IPA and brings them together. By fermenting at cooler temperatures with a clean-fermenting yeast, we can create a particularly crisp and clean base that allows the hop character to take centre stage.
