Buxton Brewery has been a trailblazer and pioneer in the UK beer scene for 15 years, so it is only fitting that we have a brand new taproom just a stone’s throw from our brewery. Here we can entertain 100 people indoors and 200 outdoors in the best beer garden in Buxton, overlooking the beautiful Peaks! We serve the freshest Buxton beer on 14 lines to accompany Smash burgers, fries and sides with the meat sourced from the local farm, just 400 yards away, whose herd of Limousin cattle graze just the other side of our dry stone wall. Open 7 days a week from 10am for coffee, sweet things and breakfast baps and until 9pm for the best burgers and views in Buxton!

Located on George Street in the town centre, directly behind the 5-star Crescent Hotel. The Tap House is our flagship bar, bringing great beer and food to Buxton since 2013. We serve a wide range of our beers on cask and keg, as well as cider, wine, spirits and soft drinks for the non-beer drinkers. We also have our cans and bottles available to drink in or take away. For food, Head Chef, Dan sources the finest ingredients within 10 miles of Buxton to create a diverse menu featuring pub classics as well as unique dishes. Love and the utmost attention is given to each plate, honouring the beautiful ingredients and ensuring you enjoy every bite.

Sock & Buskin, so named after the Greek comedy and tragedy masks which have symbolised and adorned the Performing Arts for centuries, is a local bar, inspired by the culture, theatre and history of our beautiful home town of Buxton.
Allow our General Manager and resident cocktail aficionado, Jake, to guide you through our list of hand crafted cocktails using our bespoke S&B London dry gin. Alternatively, ask for a sample of any of our elegant wines, many of which are organic, biodynamic or natural and all of which are available by the glass. For those who seek faster gratification from refreshment, we have a range of award winning local draft beers from Buxton Brewery.
If you would like some tasty morsels to accompany your libations, our incredible Head Chef, Dan, sources the finest ingredients from suppliers within 10 miles of where you are sat to create wonderful small plates specifically designed to complement our drinks offering.
